Yes, you can authorize to multiple marketplace region. Please follow the following steps below:

Go to your profile page.

Go to Authorize Seller Account section.

Click Authorize button. It redirect to you amazon selling central authorization page.

After authorzing. Then you are able to view your amazon orders recently authorize region.

Continue above step and authorize multiple regions.

Shipment of orders can be done when the status of order is Unshipped. And follow the steps below:

Go to menu Orders >> Amazon Orders.

Now you can see your amazon orders. In Amazon Order Results table, there is a column called JP Tracking Number, click Add.

Click Save to submit your order for shipment.
